Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any registered user of the gba777 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the gba777 website, mobile interface, games, services, and all associated features accessible via gba777.cam.

• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, including any qualifying bonus funds separately designated.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the gba777 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, as each may be amended from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the gba777 Platform and, if you have already registered an Account, request its closure via our 24/7 live chat support.

gba777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via email or platform notification.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and maintain an active Account on gba777, you must:

• Be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines;
• Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of gba777 or its affiliated companies or game providers.

3.2 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the gba777 registration process, which requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You must keep this information updated at all times.

gba777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any time to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided. Acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (SSS card, UMID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and payment method verification.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on gba777. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, gba777 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit outstanding balances pending investigation.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. gba777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gba777 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support so that we can take appropriate action including temporary suspension of the Account pending investigation.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

gba777 conducts KYC verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. We may request identity, age, and payment verification at any stage of your Account's lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon detecting unusual account activity, or where required by regulatory authority. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our live chat support. On receipt of a closure request, gba777 will process any remaining eligible balance to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and completion of any pending KYC requirements.

gba777 may also close or suspend an Account unilaterally in the event of a breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, ongoing investigation, or where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gba777 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine Players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Cashier page within your Account and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your gba777 Account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. gba777 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and verified under your gba777 Account. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed once KYC verification is complete. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method. gba777 will not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or regulatory review processes.

gba777 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and AMLA obligations. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. gba777 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, which is detailed in the Account FAQ. Players are encouraged to contact support if they wish to reactivate a dormant Account or withdraw remaining funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

gba777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the applicable promotion, in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all gba777 promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to verified Players aged 21 years and above;
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless expressly permitted;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made;
• Maximum bet amounts while bonus funds are active may apply — check the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met;
• gba777 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before any withdrawal is eligible). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live table games, sports betting, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to the applicable promotion page for the specific contribution table.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

gba777 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk wagers designed exclusively to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting"), creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and co-ordinating wagers across accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, gba777 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and restrict or close the Account.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity and RNG

All games available on gba777 operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, ensuring that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by gba777, the game provider, or any external party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

7.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any other system failure that affects the outcome or processing of a wager, gba777 reserves the right to void any affected bets. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable software malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out. gba777 will not be held liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

Where a game session is interrupted due to disconnection, the game state will be preserved where technically possible and the session will resume upon reconnection. If resumption is not possible, the outcome at the time of disconnection will stand in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. gba777 is not responsible for losses arising from disconnections attributable to the Player's internet service or device.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gba777 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to regulatory authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Operating more than one Account, whether individually or in coordination with others;
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, crawler, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any affiliate of gba777 to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after receiving gaming services;
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gba777 staff or other Players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gba777 Platform — including but not limited to the gba777 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of gba777 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Game software and content is licensed to gba777 by third-party game providers. The intellectual property of those providers remains the property of those respective providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property rights to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gba777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

gba777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gba777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit gba777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

gba777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to gba777's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by gba777 is used for the purposes of Account management, KYC and AML compliance, customer support, and where you have given consent, marketing communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers only to the extent necessary for lawful operations.

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Regulatory Authority

gba777 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who have concerns about the fairness of gba777's operations or outcomes that remain unresolved after engaging with gba777's internal complaints process may escalate complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.

14.3 Internal Disputes Process

In the event of any dispute between you and gba777, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat to attempt resolution. gba777 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. Where a complaint relates to a specific game outcome, gba777 will liaise with the relevant game provider to obtain RNG certification logs as required.

14.4 Jurisdiction

Subject to the dispute resolution provisions above, the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
